Rebecca Rose, CVT graduated from Colorado Mountain College in Glenwood Springs, CO USA in 1987 with a degree in veterinary technology. She is currently the president and founder of CATALYST Veterinary Professional Coaches, LLC.
Rebecca’s career in the veterinary community is quite diverse. She has worked as a veterinary technician at a mixed animal practice, offered veterinary technician relief services throughout the state of Colorado, and was the first paid administrator to the Colorado Association of Certified Veterinary Technicians (CACVT). Over the years, she managed two AAHA accredited veterinary practices.
Her writings can be found in training books and veterinary related magazines. She facilitates classes at local, state, national and international conventions. She hosts CATALYST Veterinary Team Workshops and Retreats, offering training in the nontechnical soft-skills and self-awareness for the entire team.
In the past she has sat on industry councils, facilitated the American Veterinary Medical Association’ s Speaker Communication Training Program (AVMA – SCTP), Presided over the National Association of Veterinary Technicians (NAVTA) and CACVT and received two awards from the Colorado Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA); Technician of the Year & Industry Partner of the Year.
